Shipping policy

All Cerra Studio pieces are handcrafted with care.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days once payment is confirmed. During collection launches or busy periods, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch.

We ship from Berlin, Germany, using DHL or Deutsche Post with tracking.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• EU countries: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that international shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely.
