At Cerra Studio, every piece is made with care — we hope you’ll love yours.
If, however, you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
To start a return, please email info@cerrastudio.com with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the simple steps.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings that have been worn, nor custom or personalised pieces.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Pack the item carefully in its original box or equivalent protection to ensure safe arrival.

Ship with tracking — we recommend using an insured, trackable service.
Please note that Cerra Studio cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit. -
Refund confirmation — once your return is received and approved, you’ll be notified by email. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Each Cerra piece is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in form, colour, or texture are part of its character — not flaws. We hope you’ll see the small irregularities as signs of the human touch that shaped them.
